Mitch joined MarsJewett in 2017 after interning here the summer before. As Operations Manager, Mitch leads the client service team while also creating and maintaining procedures that improve our accuracy and efficiency to help us deliver excellent service. He works tirelessly to oversee all money movement, builds staff training programs and assists executives in planning and implementing the strategic direction of the organization. 

He is passionate about improving the MarsJewett experience for both our clients and staff, and he takes great pride in helping individuals and teams reach their full potential.   

Mitch was born and raised in Pasco, Washington and is an honors graduate of Northwest University with a dual B.A. in Business Administration & Accounting with a minor in Finance. He’s passionate about learning and building community, whether by volunteering as a teacher and mentor to high school students at his church, or hosting friends—new and old—for dinner.
