I make sure the workspace is organized and comfortable, helping everyone stay productive and focused. I love greeting clients with a smile and making sure they feel heard and cared for.”

Tatiana (Tati for short) officially joined the MarsJewett team this spring as the Office Care Coordinator. With her passion for hospitality and collaboration, she exceeds expectations welcoming those who set foot in our lobby and provides exceptional support to our clients and staff. 

Tatiana is a world traveler! She was born and raised in Lenger, Kazakhstan, a small, rural southern town. She met her husband, Brooks, while traveling to Istanbul, Turkey and they married in August 2024 at beautiful Snoqualmie Falls. Tati holds a degree in Linguistics with a major in Spanish Translation and Interpretation. But that’s not all! Tati actually speaks five languages, so say hello in a familiar language. It’s sure to bring a smile!

Previously, Tati was an executive assistant at a large oil company and other customer-forward roles. Besides traveling the world, closer to home she enjoys volunteering for Challenger Little League, a baseball program for children with special needs, and rooting on Seattle sports teams, and finding fun coffee spots! You’re sure to find that Tati upholds the values of our MarsJewett team, with evident kindness and hospitality for all. Welcome Tati!
