Capital Market Insights with Claus te Wildt, May 12, 2009
Claus te Wildt is a Senior Vice President and head of Investment Consulting Services for Fidelity Investments. Claus joined Fidelity as an Investment Director in January of 2006. From 1997 to 2003, Dr. te Wildt worked for GT Global and Dresdner RCM in various senior and executive positions. He also led his own advisory firm which operated similar to a Hedge Fund. Dr. te Wildt began his professional career at Bain & Company in Boston. He received an MBA from the University of Colorado and a PH.D in Finance from the University of Kiel in Germany. We are honored and excited to have the opportunity for Dr. te Wildt to speak to you, our valued clients and friends. He will be sharing his insights of the current economy and investment markets. Roth Seminar Hosted in both Washington & Arizona, March 2009
Laws have changed which historically limited certain investors from taking advantage of Roth IRAs. Roth IRA contributions are taxed when put into an account but qualified distributions can be taken tax free. This is opposite Traditional IRAs where contributions are made tax free but distributions are taxed as ordinary income. Glenn Mars and Scott Jewett will explain what has changes and explain scenarios where a Roth conversion may be appropriate. This seminar will take place at our offices in Bellevue as well as the Mariner’s Spring Training facility in Peoria, Arizona. It is ideally suited for those who interested in learning about when a Roth conversion strategy is appropriate.

Mr. Froehlich, affectionately referred to on Wall Street as “Dr. Bob,” is highly regarded by the financial industry as a dynamic and entertaining lecturer. He is one of the industry’s most sought after speakers as evidenced by more than 1,000 speaking requests per year. Dr. Bob currently serves as Senior Managing Director at The Hartford where he serves two primary functions. His primary role is to provide insights on the economy and markets through investment commentaries, public appearances, and media visibility. Secondly, he is responsible to help to shape The Hartford’s retail investment approach as an officer for The Hartford Mutual Funds. Dr. Bob is also a published writer with numerous investments books including “Investment Megatrends.” We are thrilled for this opportunity and sincerely hope you can join us.

Miles Gordon is the former President and CEO of Financial Network Investment Corporation. A student of history, Mile’s does an excellent job contrasting our current market situation to past events. We find his insights to be educational and encouraging. This seminar is ideally suited for those who are anxious about the economic future and are nearing retirement.
