Glenn exudes warmth, camaraderie and leadership. An honors graduate from Bucknell University, he was also an All-American soccer player. Today he is recognized by his peers as a leader in his industry, with more than 25 years of experience.
Glenn is enthusiastic about advising others to help them reach their personal financial goals. He is articulate in his work and able to make the daunting aspects of financial planning understandable to clients. As a father and husband he knows that there is much more to life than money and his work reflects his deep commitment to family welfare and charitable causes. A former seminary student, he has taught courses on Biblical principles and finance.

Caring and dedicated, Scott infuses his life and career with a passion for helping people. He graduated with honors from Pacific Christian College with dual degrees in Business Administration and Biblical Studies. Having worked at Boeing for seven years he has a thorough understanding of the company's retirement benefits.
A Bellevue native, Scott is a devoted husband and father of three. He is a long time University of Washington season ticket holder; he even proposed to his wife on the 50-yard line of Husky Stadium. Scott is also very active in his church and community. He is currently on the Board of a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people make wise financial decisions.

With a gentle spirit and patient demeanor Elizabeth excels at serving our clients. She joined our staff in January 2001 and has been working in the financial industry since 1999. Elizabeth enjoys all aspects of the business and is an invaluable asset to MarsJewett. She is a University of Washington graduate in Speech Communication. Elizabeth and her husband Manolo enjoy marathoning and biking in the beautiful northwest!

Enthusiastic and fun, Brian always greets clients with a smile. An honors graduate from the University of Washington, he provides valuable research assistance and manages client service projects. While a student at the University of Washington he served as president of his fraternity, Pi Kappa Phi. He is an avid cyclist and in 2004 rode his bike across the country to raise money and awareness for people with disabilities on Push America's Journey of Hope. Brian and his wife, Claire, volunteer as Jr. High Leaders in their church's youth program. He is the son of Glenn and Dianna Mars.

Heather’s vivacious personality fills our office with joy. She has worked in the industry since 1992 and joined our team in 1996. By working remotely from her Skagit valley home, Heather home schools her two children. A passionate animal lover Heather’s family includes members of various species (cats, dogs, chickens, etc). She visits the office once per week to help manage the numerous compliance requirements of our business. She and her wonderful husband, Brian, can often be found on the east side of the Cascade Mountains enjoying the heat and visiting family.
Claire Mars

With joy and creativity Claire brings laughter into the office. Claire is a proud University of Washington Husky graduate with a degree in Vocal Performance. Her artistic touch is used in many daily tasks as she aids each of us in special projects and seminar management. She works part time at our office and in the evenings teaches voice lessons to students in the greater Seattle area. She frequently volunteers time with her church’s youth program to lead summer camps and mission trips. In 2010 she went to Cambodia with students from the youth program. In her free time Claire enjoys biking, hiking, cooking and yoga!
Dianna Mars

Dedicated to our team and clients Dianna enjoys caring for others. As Glenn's wife she's been involved in our business since day one. Today she works part-time to manage the company's daily operations and book keeping. A graduate from Seattle Pacific University and a role model to others, Dianna has mentored women's small groups for over twenty years.
